Logistics Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION:

TEAM LEADER - This profile requires an Individual to handle a team of 20-25 associates and effectively manage them. You will also be required to address, drive and handle the daily operational matrices and keep the team motivated to provide excellent customer experience.

1.Required (Must Have) skills:

Good in both Verbal and Written communication.

Highly motivated and self driven. Should also keep the team motivated.

Should have sense of ownership and good with time management.

Should be a Team player with excellent Interpersonal skills.

Able to derive and drive daily operational matrices for the team.

Quick decision maker and fast learner.

Should be result oriented and be able to deliver within the timeline.

To be data driven with strong analytical thinking.

With Typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm.

Adaptable to change in the work environment.

Experience with hiring and recruitment.

Roles and responsibilities:

Handling customer escalation and comfortable working in dynamic operations 

Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards work.

Keep the team motivated.

Set daily operational goals for the team to achieve.

Evaluate and access any process gaps and help fix them.

Conduct performance evaluation for the team as per the set KPIs.

Derive and execute an action plan for users with performance issues.

Manage people effectively.

Provide coaching and feedback to the required teams members.

Monitors and reports daily operational issues.

Planning resources and rotas for the team.

Ensuring that all guidelines, policies and procedures set by the organization is followed by self and the team.

Handle customer complaints and take manager level escalation call’s, whenever required with end to end closure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
