Job Description

Responsible for managing and maintaining efficient RCM operational processes, escalations and governing quality control of all processes. Team Management & Supervision - Allocate tasks to the team, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of the RCM routes. Performance & Target Achievement - Track and analyze team performance using reports and dashboards, Identify gaps and implement corrective measures to improve results Process Management & Quality Control - Escalate issues promptly and work on process improvements. Reporting & MIS - Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management, Track individual and team performance metrics.
