We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods, while leading a team and maintaining compliance with all company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and warehouse activities.
Plan and manage transportation schedules and carrier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels, order accuracy, and warehouse space utilization.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train, coach, and evaluate logistics staff performance.
Prepare reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or similar role.
Good at Computer Skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is a plus.
