Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various transporters for vehicle availability at the plant level. You will need to ensure proper vehicle tracking during the Gate in/Loading/Gate out process. Your duties will also include ensuring smooth documentation such as DC/consignment notes/truck weighment sheet handover to the driver and coordinating with the loading supervisor/manpower for accurate stock loading on each vehicle. Additionally, you will be required to perform data entry in ERP & Google sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various transporters for vehicle availability at the plant level - Track vehicles during the Gate in/Loading/Gate out process - Ensure smooth documentation handover to the driver - Coordinate with loading supervisor/manpower for accurate stock loading on each vehicle - Perform data entry in ERP & Google sheets Qualifications Required: - B.Sc (AG)/Any Graduation - 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field As part of your role, you will need to focus on improving existing processes, minimizing costs, and maintaining strong interdepartmental coordination.,
