Job Description

#### ERP Ownership * Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP system (SAP / Microsoft Business Central / custom ERP). * Ensure system configuration matches business processes. * Lead implementation or upgrade projects and ensure minimal business disruption. #### Application Management * Oversee and integrate other core applications such as CRM, HRMS, Expense Management, and mobile field apps. * Ensure application interoperability and data flow across platforms. * Evaluate, select, and implement new business tools as needed. #### Stakeholder & User Engagement * Work closely with department heads to understand process pain points and translate them into system requirements. * Train users and improve adoption of business apps. * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and conduct periodic refresher training. #### Vendor Management * Coordinate with software providers and implementation partners. * Review SLAs, manage licensing, and track renewals. * Ensure timely support, upgrades, and compliance with contracts. #### Data & Reporting * Work with the data/analytics team to ensure ERP reporting accuracy. * Support business in creating dashboards, MIS reports, and insights. Preferred candidate profile * Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience managing ERP systems (SAP, Business Central, Oracle, etc.). * Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, sales, inventory). * Experience in implementation, rollout, and training. * Good knowledge of system integration, APIs, and mobile apps. * Strong project management and vendor coordination skills. * Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
