A bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is required, with certifications like CSCP or an MBA considered a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in logistics software and Excel, and excellent communication abilities for team and vendor coordination are crucial. Knowledge of nutrition or FMCG logistics is advantageous.
