Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Claims

Investigate complaints received from Customer (Sales Companies) via email or Salesforce, regarding under-/over-/wrong-/damaged-deliveries with the support of HD (Hella Distribution) team and by starting a complaint with the forwarders (UPS /Hartmann /JS Logistik)Depends on the result /outcome of this investigation, either issue Credit or Debit note, or arrange a pickup to have the wrong or surplus delivered parts returned to HDReport any lost shipment incident to Hella Insurance and offer the necessary supportFor UPS deliveries, initiate a complaint via UPS portal to receive compensation for the missing and damaged parcels/items.

Your Qualifications

Returns commercial/logistic:Check the return request list received from SC, if the parts mentioned are active in SAP H01 system and MOQ is correct.Report unexpected returns to SC and request Return order from them, to share it to the colleagues at HD-IB Retourenservice departmentRetort the known and expected returns into SharePoint (HD-IB RSS Drop Shipment SC /RSS Kundenretouren)Check and adjust price of items inside Return order (if needed), then issue credit note and report back to SCEven if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
