Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals

You’ll receive full training and play a key role in driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the U.S. logistics and transportation industry.
• Research and identify potential clients using online tools.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
• Clearly communicate our freight services and logistics capabilities to create client interest.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
• Negotiate rates and terms to close deals.
• Onboard new clients and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and deals in CRM tools.
• Share daily performance updates with the Team Lead or Manager.
• Be responsible for closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Business, Marketing, Logistics

  , or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in 

  sales, marketing, or business development

   is an advantage (logistics/trucking industry is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Confidence in 

  cold calling

   and starting conversations with new leads.
• Strong skills in 

  research, lead generation, and negotiation

  .
• Proficiency in 

  Microsoft Office

   (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly 

  organized

  , detail-oriented, and driven by goals.
• Eagerness to 

  learn, adapt, and grow

   in a fast-paced environment.
