About the Role:

The intern will assist in managing product return processes, coordinating with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely return operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process return requests raised by customers through various platforms (e-commerce, D2C, marketplace).
• Coordinate with the logistics team for pickup scheduling and tracking return shipments.
• Identify common reasons for returns and support the team in analyzing trends and reducing return rates.
• Maintain accurate records of return status and ensure timely closure of each case.
• Work on the

  ticketing system

  to log, update, and resolve return-related issues in coordination with customer support and warehouse teams.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure timely closure of tickets and return cases.
• Assist in creating SOPs and improving internal return handling processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the operations team.

Qualification:

• Education

  : Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Supply Chain, or a related field. 0-1 year of internship experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced D2C startup environment.
