Logistics Officer

As a Logistics Operations Manager, your responsibility will involve planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations, which includes transport, supply, and distribution. You will track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods and develop logistics strategies to streamline operations. Collaborating with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments will be essential to resolve any logistical challenges that may arise. Maintaining accurate records of logistics activities and generating regular reports will be part of your routine to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting process optimizations will also be within your scope of work. Supervising the Logistic Team and negotiating contracts and rates with suppliers, freight carriers, and service providers to secure favorable terms will be crucial to ensure cost-efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving logistical issues promptly and communicating effectively with internal departments and external partners.
