Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Chemist/Assistant to join our team in the foundry chemicals sector. Perform chemical and physical analysis of foundry fluxes, degassing agents, and other additives for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Assist in formulation development and sample preparation for new product trials. Conduct routine QC tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods. Experience with flux formulation , degassing tablets , grain refiners , or covering agents for aluminium, copper, or steel foundries. Maintain accurate and organized test reports, logs, and documentation in line with ISO and industry standards. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality or process issues. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments Follow all safety and environmental protocols while handling chemicals and laboratory equipment. Assist in customer support activities including test data generation, complaint analysis, and product performance evaluations.
