Customer Support Executive ( Logistics)

• Maintain and update customer records including contact persons, phone numbers, and email IDs.
• Share dispatch details with customers promptly via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Ensure timely communication of “Paid” or “To-Pay” vehicle payment details for transparency.
• Track delivery status with transporters daily until material reaches the customer.
• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm receipt of goods and address any delivery concerns.
• Ensure materials are delivered in the right condition and as per customer orders.
• Address and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries in a professional manner.
• Collect and verify LR/Bilty and bills from transporters.
• Provide accurate and timely bills to the Accounts team on or before the scheduled date.
• Handle daily courier receiving, dispatch, tracking, and record-keeping.
• Maintain transporter register and prepare reports in the system.
• Maintain an organized filing system of invoices and logistics documents.
• Assist in establishing and managing contracts with carriers and transporters.
• Support miscellaneous tasks assigned by seniors and management.
• Manage subordinate staff responsibilities in their absence to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
