Role Overview: As a Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire logistics and supply chain process – from coordinating with manufacturers to ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. You'll play a critical role in streamlining operations, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatches from manufacturers to customers
• Manage inventory movement, order processing, and product packaging
• Collaborate with the production team to track product timelines
• Liaise with delivery partners and negotiate shipping rates
• Maintain records of shipments, returns, and damaged goods
• Resolve delivery issues and ensure on-time delivery across India
• Develop logistics SOPs to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment (fashion industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Excel
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
