Shift: Should be flexible in shifts (General shift 10 am to 7pm)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in

supply chain operations, specializing in courier shipping bill management and third-party

logistics (3PL) operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of

international e-commerce logistics and experience with Export Data Processing and

Monitoring System (EDPMS), Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and RBI

Processes for IRM/ORM/eBRC, etc.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• Courier shipping bill processing and documentation
• International e-commerce fulfilment in Air Courier and Air Cargo mode.
• Courier Invoicing and Reconciliation

Technical Skills:

• Experience of handling CIBIC and RBI Exports compliance requirements wrt to Ecommerce Exports
• Strong understanding ofshipping documentation, customs clearance, and international trade compliance
• Experience with logistics management systems and WMS platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, warehousing, and outbound processes
• Manage courier relationships and optimize shipping bill processes for cost efficiency
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure seamless order fulfilment and inventory management
• Handle international shipping documentation, customs compliance, and cross- border ecommerce logistics
• Utilize EDPMS for data analysis, process optimization, and performance reporting
• Monitor KPIs including delivery times, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and drive process improvements
• Experience in international e-commerce platforms and marketplace logistics
• Knowledge of customs regulations, duty calculations, and international shipping procedures
• Excellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaboration
