Role Overview: We're seeking a creative and performance-driven Copywriter who excels in short-form content and digital messaging. Youll craft compelling, on-brand copy for social platforms, digital ads, emails, and more—aligning voice, tone, and storytelling with Dista’s identity. This role demands both creativity and strategic thinking, working closely with social, CRM, and performance marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging short-form copy for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. Collaborate with the growth team to deliver copy that drives clicks, conversions, and engagement. Write content for banners, emailers, WhatsApp, and SMS with platform-native messaging. Reinforce and evolve brand tone, own key messaging pillars and brand keywords. Work with designers, video editors, and strategy teams to shape cohesive campaigns. Analyze performance metrics like CTR and engagement to iterate and improve content quality. Monitor digital trends and adapt messaging styles to suit changing formats and audience behaviors. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably for e-commerce or D2C brands (agency or brand-side). Strong expertise in writing sharp, persuasive copy across platforms and formats (static, video, paid ads, email/SMS). Excellent grammar, storytelling, and editing skills. Understanding of content performance metrics, digital marketing, and cross-functional workflows. Bonus: SEO basics, A/B testing, understanding of global audience behavior and cultural nuance.
