Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.

·        Ensure strict compliance with safety norms at all times.

·        Review MSDS reports and recommend safe handling of hazardous cargo.

·        Communicate with clients through emails/reports on operational issues and required updates.

·        Obtain client approvals for movements not covered under tariff agreements.

·        Address and escalate damages or hazardous issues to clients appropriately.

·        Monitor and oversee all safety-related activities and processes.

·        Handle hazardous (Haz) and non-hazardous (Non-Haz) cargo inquiries and provide accurate quotations.

·        Arrange and manage off-hiring of DV and ISO tanks as required.

·        Maintain strong relationships and manage operations for ISO tank customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in ISO tank operations.

·        Knowledge of hazardous cargo handling and MSDS guidelines.

·        Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.

·        Commitment to safety standards and operational excellence.
