Logistics Executive

As a Plant Logistics Operations Executive at Ola Future Factory Pochampalli, Tamil Nadu, India, your role involves overseeing end-to-end outbound logistics processes in a manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely vehicle dispatch by capacity ensurance, vehicle inspection, load allocation, truck placement, data tracking, and reporting across various shifts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting truck inspections at designated parking locations and pre-loading/post-loading inspections to ensure safety and quality standards. - Allocating loads according to the Standard Operating Book (SOB), managing truck placement, coordinating loading/unloading activities, and comparing actual execution with the placement plan. - Ensuring real-time truck data integration for effective tracking, on-time delivery monitoring, damage analysis, and accurate tracking throughout the dispatch cycle. - Generating and maintaining dispatch-related MIS reports, performing ageing analysis of trucks, tracking SOB vs. Actual performance, and monitoring vendor utilization and performance metrics. To excel in this role, you should have: - A graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. - 3 years of experience in outbound logistics operations, preferably in the automobile/manufacturing industry. - Working knowledge of logistics SOPs, truck tracking tools, MIS reporting, Excel, and logistics APIs. - Strong communication, shift coordination, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a high-pressure environment. The preferred industry for this role includes Automobile, Auto Components, and Manufacturing. Knowledge of Hindi and English languages is beneficial for effective communication in this role.,
