Job Summary:

We are hiring a Logistics Executive to oversee daily courier dispatches, monitor shipment updates, and manage tracking systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily courier pickups and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

• Track shipments using courier partner systems and update internal records.

• Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve delays, address customer complaints, and ensure smooth transit.

• Maintain logs of dispatched orders, delivery timelines, and exceptions.

• Communicate with customer care and operations teams to align logistics updates.

• Ensure packaging and documentation are complete before dispatch.

• Monitor return shipments and handle reverse logistics as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in logistics, courier coordination, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Familiarity with tracking portals and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive operations.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
