Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and optimize the logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining logistics records.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
· Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
· Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff
· Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
· Prepare shipping and logistics-related documents
· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
· Negotiate with logistics partners and monitor performance
· Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
· Generate and maintain logistics reports and KPIs
· Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction in logistics operations
Requirements
· 10+2
· 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
· Good knowledge of logistics
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
· Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
