About the Role

Logistic Executive

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
Handle vendor management processes including vendor creation, onboarding, and coordination.
Monitor shipment planning, tracking, and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth logistics operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, shipment documents, and vendor records.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
Manage warehouse coordination and ensure proper handling of materials.
Resolve escalations related to logistics and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum
2+ years
in logistics, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of logistics workflows, reverse logistics, and vendor processes.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
