As an Executive for Domestic Logistics at Minimalist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods within the country. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and managing domestic transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveries. - Tracking shipments and providing real-time updates to relevant stakeholders. - Maintaining and updating logistics records, reports, and documentation. - Collaborating with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues. - Optimizing routes and transportation costs while maintaining service levels. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 0-4 years of experience in domestic logistics or supply chain operations. - MBA in Supply chain and operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges efficiently. - Basic knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (preferred). - Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. - Knowledge of ERP systems or logistics software (optional but preferred).
