Job Title: Logistics Executive Department: Purchase Location: Tronica City, Ghaziabad Job Summary: The Logistics Executive will manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, including import, export, and domestic activities. The role involves shipment planning, documentation, inventory coordination, and vendor management to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for both domestic and international shipments. Key Skills & Competencies: Thorough understanding of domestic and international logistics operations. Working knowledge of export-import policies, incoterms, HS codes , and trade compliance. Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems, MS Excel , and logistics software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities . Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment . Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline . 35 years of experience in a logistics role with exposure to both import/export and domestic movements . Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of import, export, and domestic logistics, ensuring timely movement of pharmaceutical goods with full compliance to regulatory standards, and cost efficiency. The role involves close coordination with vendors, regulatory bodies, transporters, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Local / Domestic Logistics: Manage dispatches of finished goods to C&F agents, stockiest, or customers across India. Ensure cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive pharma products (if applicable). Handle E-way bills, transport documentation, and ensure proper invoicing. Negotiate with transporters and optimize freight costs. Coordinate with warehouse and QA/QC for release and dispatch planning.
