Job Description

The Logistics Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hub by managing logistics activities including coordination with the factory, overseeing delivery staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing inventory and cash, and supporting the recruitment process. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational, operational, and communication skills.

Hub Operations Management:
Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring timely dispatches, proper packaging, and route planning for efficient delivery.
Factory Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the hub and the production/factory teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely fulfillment of orders.
Delivery Staff Management:
Supervise, assign routes, and track the performance of delivery boys. Monitor attendance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company protocols.
Customer Experience:
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to end customers. Address and resolve delivery-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Recruitment of Delivery Staff:
Participate in hiring delivery personnel, including screening, interviewing, onboarding, and initial training.
Complaints & Issue Resolution:
Manage and resolve customer complaints related to logistics, delivery delays, or product handling.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain stock levels, perform daily reconciliations, and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.
Daily Cash & Deposits:
Manage daily cash collections from deliveries, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely deposit to the company s designated bank accounts.
