Job Description

Sample Shipments & Dispatches

Handle sample shipment dispatches for both units.
Ensure timely coordination and accurate documentation.

Freight Invoice & Data Management

Process and verify freight invoices for Unit-1 export shipments.
Maintain freight invoice tracking and records in Excel and SAP.
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of delivery dates in SAP.

Documentation & Compliance

Submit COO (Certificate of Origin) applications through the portal.
Courier original documents to customers upon request.
Submit original documents to the Accounts Department for Bank-to-Bank processes.

Reporting & Communication

Share daily shipment tracking details with the respective sales team.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Export Shipment Management (Unit-1)

Track all export shipments for Unit-1.
Coordinate vehicle movements for export shipments.
Follow up with CHA (Customs House Agent) for flight schedules.

Skills

Experience in export logistics, documentation, and freight management.
Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with CHA coordination, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
