Logistics Coordinator

You will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, both domestically and internationally. You will need to execute logistics plans efficiently to ensure that products and packages are delivered to their destinations on time. Knowledge of preparing export documents, invoices, packing lists, and checklists is essential. You will be required to handle logistics, coordinate with courier and shipping companies, and negotiate effectively. Coordinating with packaging and managing logistics documentation such as waybills, invoices, packing lists, BOEs, and SBs will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to follow up on dispatch schedules, update delivery statuses, manage dispatch records, and arrange transporters for timely dispatch. Ensuring timely delivery of consignments and updating customers and stakeholders on delivery statuses are crucial aspects of this role. Maintaining up-to-date sales invoices, coordinating with customers, updating dispatch information, responding to inquiries, and referring clients to appropriate channels will also be part of your duties. You will be required to keep all dispatch records and ensure all necessary customs clearances and documentation are in order. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a logistics profile. A graduate in any field, preferably with a BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management, would be preferred.
