Manage Transport Operations including own fleet Get as many direct customers for own fleet All India knowledge of routes, rates and vehicle availability at multiple cities Make daily MIS, ensure timely updation of MIS and mail it to all concerned Manage drivers and related activities Coordinating loading and unloading activities Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments Ensure payment collections on time & provide PoD or LR original after delivery Provide quote to client and ensure timely placement of vehicle. Ensure that every vehicle makes planned number of kms. And revenue every month Follow, maintain all process and compliances of vehicles, including permits, insurance, taxes etc. In case of any incident be ready with action to solve the problem Manage operations at minimum cost Assisting in training new recruits Provide fuel, update fastag and cash payments on regular trip basis Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work at irregular hours and on holidays Ability to coordinate with managers, drivers, and customers
