What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders through our EMEA Distribution Center. You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and Warehouse teams to deliver outstanding service and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and prioritizing daily shipments
• Distributing picking lists and ensuring customer-specific packaging and shipping instructions are followed
• Coordinating cost-effective transportation aligned with scheduled ship dates
• Monitoring on-time performance and managing order flow against goods issue schedules
• Acting as a central communication link between CSR, Planning, and Warehouse teams
• Reviewing backlog reports and updating shipment statuses
• Providing estimated weights and dimensions for freight planning

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• A flexible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certifications
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• A genuine passion for logistics and supply chain operations
