Logistics And Operations Internship

Role Overview: As an intern at MARS Cosmetics, you will be responsible for assisting in the logistics/operation process, which involves tasks such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with various vendors (suppliers, logistics providers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, negotiating prices and terms with vendors to optimize costs, resolving any vendor-related issues or disputes that may arise, tracking shipments, and ensuring they arrive on time and in good condition. Additionally, you will utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze operational data, generate reports, identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the operational processes, assist in various operational projects, including process improvement initiatives or new product launches, conduct research and gather information as needed, and contribute to the development and implementation of project plans.
