Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage routing guides and ensure timely booking of shipments with respective Logistics Service Providers (LSP).
• Handle tracking, tracing, and BN4L exception management with quick response to unforeseen events and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct freight rate tendering and freight audit processes.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high attention to detail.
• Administer SAP Transportation Management System (TMS), including user setup, onboarding, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with core technical teams and provide training on new SAP TMS tools.
• Maintain master data and troubleshoot system issues, acting as a liaison between users and TMS vendors.
• Support standardization and create documentation for logistics processes.
• Generate reports and analyze logistics data to improve transportation provider selection, optimize routes, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate carrier performance trends to pursue efficient alternatives.

Experience Required:

• 8-12 years of experience in global logistics project/program management, or global transportation and trade operations in an international environment.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end logistics processes across all modes of transport, especially AIR freight.
• Proven track record in using SAP and TMS tools for logistics planning and execution.
• Experience working with freight audit and pay systems to validate transportation costs and ensure accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with exception handling in time-sensitive logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Exposure to cross-border compliance, trade documentation, and global shipping regulations.
• Experience in vendor and carrier relationship management, performance reviews, and negotiations.
• Strong background in using data-driven insights to support logistics strategy and process improvement.
