Logistic/Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and Managing Dispatch:Planning and executing the dispatch of goods, including coordinating with drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring Timely Delivery:Tracking shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and proactively addressing any delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining Accurate Records:Keeping detailed records of dispatch activities, inventory, and relevant documentation.
• Resolving Issues:Addressing any discrepancies, damages, or other issues that arise during the dispatch process.
• Customer Communication:Providing updates to customers on shipment status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensuring compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration:Working closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and warehouse, to align dispatch schedules with overall operational needs.
• Reporting:Preparing reports on logistics performance, including cost, efficiency, and delivery timelines.
• Training and Supervision:Potentially supervising dispatch staff and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock movements, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Cost Management:Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred./any Graduation
• Experience:Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role, typically 2-5 years, is generally required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
