Logistic Manager

As a Logistic Manager at Ashok Auto Sales Tata Motors, your role involves strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. You will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle. Your key responsibilities will include liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers, keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. You will also arrange warehouse operations, catalog goods, plan routes, process shipments, and resolve any arising problems or complaints. Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining metrics, analyzing data to assess performance, and implementing improvements are essential to excel in this role.
