Location Head Sales

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve home loan targets within the assigned geography.
Team Management
: Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks.
Market Development
: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Customer Relationship Management
: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing client needs effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
: Graduation is mandatory;
Experience
: Minimum of 3 years in mortgage or home loan sales, with a proven track record in team management
Skills
: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
