Localization QA Tester

Dutiesand responsibilities

▪ Verify linguistic accuracy of text and check for typographical, grammatical and punctuation errors.

▪ Verify the translated content consistency.

▪ Hands on experience working with QA Automation tools, Xbench/SDL Trados/ Verifika/ ApSIC Xbench

▪ Ensure that the correct approved terminology is used throughout the document.

▪ Verify translated content across multiple languages.

▪ Maintain a high level of focus throughout the project.

▪ Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a test report.

▪ Follow the documented processes at all stages.

▪ Verify that corrections have been fixed and implemented correctly.

▪ File review/Correcting files:

- Proof-read and flag issue.

- Ensure that quality, accuracy, and consistency is maintained throughout files.

▪ Translation work:

- Occasionally provide in-house translations.

▪ Attend meetings with the project team, and other interested parties, on a regular basis.

▪ Communicate through the appropriate channels.

▪ Provide daily status reports about the status of the project testing.

▪ Support lead by taking ownership of side tasks, such as daily report, bug vetting, coaching of new team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
