Lobby Manager

Role Overview: As a Duty Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee various aspects of the department and ensure the smooth operation of the facility. You will be involved in setting and monitoring goals, assessing processes, enforcing company policies, training and managing employees, addressing customer and employee issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
