Job Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement sales plans for partners to achieve business targets within the sales unit. Lead, motivate, and train partners effectively.
  2. Set clear objectives and monitor progress to ensure partners meet agreed sales targets.
  3. Assist partners in generating and tracking leads and closing sales.
  4. Support partners in upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs analysis.
  5. Facilitate ongoing training for partners to maintain a productive sales channel.
  6. Collect regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the sales process and products.
  7. Review partners’ sales plans and provide support to foster their growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance (LI) or Banking (Open Architecture).
