Job Description

Loan Servicing Quality Control Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Perform
quality control reviews
on 100% of new loan boarding files within defined SLAs.
Compare loan boarding data with origination documents stored in
Encompass LOS
.
Identify and correct data defects directly in Encompass or the loan boarding file.
Ensure flawless boarding of all loans into the
ICE MSP Servicing system
.
Conduct
post-boarding QC checks
to measure defect rates.
Prepare and submit
defect reports
for internal review and root-cause analysis.
Follow established
processes, job aids, checklists, and SOPs
.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and timeliness.
Collaborate with US and India teams via Zoom, Teams, phone, and email.

Perform additional tasks related to loan boarding, as assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in data entry, loan processing, mortgage QC, accounting, or auditing.
