Key Responsibilities: - Process Drafting, Process changes - Process Reviews/ monitoring - Managing Audit, Compliance, RCSA testing - Responsible for the overall process adherence and assuring compliance with respect to KYC/AML/Regulatory guidelines/internal policies including audit and compliance
Key Competencies / skill set: - Expertise in managing microfinance operations of products like SHG, JLG etc - Comprehensive understanding of Business Correspondent (BC) & Direct model of business. - Evaluate and drive key avenues for digitization with the objective of enhancing customer onboarding, servicing and improving business efficiencies - Good knowledge on Systems and processes related to Microfinance activity - Must possess very good communication skills in order to create an impact while doing all interactions with various stake holders for healthy inter-personal relation ships - Must have sound analytical brain to understand the things deeply and help the organization maintain a sustainable & smooth business operations
Desired Candidate Profile - Excellent Banking and financial inclusion operations experience - Should have exposure of Microfinance operations - Highly motivated and ability to work with minimum guidance - Adept with Retail asset and Retail liability Operations - An eye for details & meticulous
Qualifications - Graduate/Post graduate Experience: - Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in related domain/Retail Asset Operation
