We are Hiring for Leading Finance Company Profile - Regional Sales Manager - JLG CTC - Depends on current CTC - (Max 14 LPA). Age - Below 35 Yrs Location - Karnataka Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for group loans, MFI, microfinance, SHG, and JLG products. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned region. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and customers to drive business expansion. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in sales management or related field (preferably in financial services). Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development. Strong understanding of group loan, MFI, microfinance, SHG, and JLG products/services. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
