Loan Operations Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Credmart as a Team Leader / Manager in the Home Loan & Loan against Property (HL & LAP) vertical. This on-site role based in Noida requires 3-7 years of experience in HL & LAP with a strong DSA network handling background. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business through the DSA network, ensuring seamless process execution, and exceeding sales targets. Your expertise in HL/LAP products, relationship management, and sales performance will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture DSA relationships - Drive sales performance and business growth - Mentor the sales team - Ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor daily activities through MIS and reporting Qualification Required: - Proven experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products - Strong hands-on exposure to the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) ecosystem - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and financial partners - Demonstrated success in achieving monthly sales targets - Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to monitor daily performance, maintain MIS, and ensure smooth process execution - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred),
