Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance. 2-5 years' experience in MSME LAP or secured loan operations. Knowledge of LAP documentation, valuation, and compliance. Proficient in Excel and Loan Management Systems (LOS/LMS) . Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
