Loan Officer

As a Field Officer, your role will involve implementing field-level activities, monitoring project progress, collecting data, and engaging with community members or stakeholders. You will be required to frequently travel, conduct on-site assessments, and ensure that programs are carried out efficiently and according to guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting field visits to monitor and evaluate project activities. - Liaising with local stakeholders, community members, or partners. - Collecting, compiling, and submitting field data and reports in a timely manner. - Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety standards. - Providing support in planning and organizing field operations or events. - Identifying challenges or issues in the field and reporting them for timely resolution. - Maintaining accurate records of field activities, attendance, or inventory (if applicable). - Acting as a point of contact between the organization and the community. - Participating in training, workshops, or meetings as required.
