Loan officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales of Loan Products:

• Promote and sell various loan products such as Home Loans, Car Loans, Business Loans, etc.

• Direct Sales Agent (DSA):

• Act as a Direct Sales Agent by generating leads and converting them into successful loan applications.

• Customer Handling:

• Interact with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• File Pickup:

• Collect required documents from customers for loan processing.

• Logins:

• Ensure timely submission of loan applications and maintain records of all submissions.

• Loan Process Support:

• Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process, ensuring a smooth experience.

• Collecting Legal & Technical Reports:

• Coordinate with external vendors to collect legal and technical reports as per the lender's requirements.

• Decision Support System (DSS):

• Utilize decision-making tools to evaluate loan applications and support the approval process.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Graduate in any field.

• Experience:

  6 months to 4 years in sales, preferably within the loan or financial services sector.

• Product Knowledge:

  Familiarity with loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Business Loans.

• Skills:

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and relationship management expertise.
• Ability to handle legal documentation and technical reports.
• Proficiency in meeting sales targets and deadlines.
