Loan officer

As a Loan Officer based in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be handling client queries and processing applications for various types of loans, including Education Loans (Domestic & International), Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will be required to assess client profiles and financial documents to determine their eligibility and associated risks. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end loan processing with banks, NBFCs, and financial partners. Additionally, you will provide guidance on General & Life Insurance products according to client requirements and offer basic support on Investment & Wealth Management offerings. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through transparent communication and consistent follow-ups will be crucial. You will also need to ensure that all operations comply with internal policies and regulatory standards by coordinating with various financial institutions for application processing and approvals. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing guidance on insurance options (general and life) and supporting policy issuance. Offering investment and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs and risk profiles will also be part of your duties. It is essential to maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies throughout the loan processing.
