We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processing & Disbursal Executive to handle end-to-end loan processing, documentation, coordination with clients and financial institutions, and ensure timely disbursal of loans.
· Collect and verify all required documents from customers for loan processing
· Coordinate with sales and credit teams to process loan applications
· Input customer and loan data into the system accurately
· Liaise with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth disbursal
· Track application status and follow up with concerned parties
· Maintain updated records of processed applications and disbursals
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
· Provide regular reports and updates to management.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Prior experience in loan processing, documentation, or back-office operations
· Knowledge of financial products (personal, business, home loans, etc.)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail and time management
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
