Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Loan Application Processing: a) Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote loan. b) Review and evaluate loan applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate. Customer Support: Guide clients in choosing the right loan products and provide clear information about loan terms and conditions. Risk Assessment: Analyze financial data to assess the risk of lending and work with underwriters to approve or deny loans. Ensure all loan applications meet regulatory requirements and adhere to company policies. Loan Closing: Prepare and review loan documents for closing, ensuring all conditions are met before disbursement. Sales and Business Development: Actively seek new clients and promote loan products to meet sales targets. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate loan records and update client information as necessary. Follow-Up: Ensure timely loan repayment and assist clients with any post-closing inquiries or issues.
