Role Overview: As a Sales Team member at Andromeda Sales and Distribution in Noida Sector 2, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and converting leads for Personal Loans & Bank Overdraft products. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and mentoring team members in the Team Leader role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, generate, and convert leads for Personal Loans & Bank Overdraft products. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. - Understand customer needs and offer the right financial solutions. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. - Mentor and guide team members (for Team Leader role). Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Banking/Financial Services. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Self-motivated and eager to learn. - Team management skills for senior roles.
