Loan Executive

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Loan Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) sector in India and the end-to-end lending process.

As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, assessing their eligibility, and ensuring timely disbursement of funds. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals and businesses secure financial assistance while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers about various loan products and NBFC services.
• Assist clients with the loan application process, collecting necessary documentation and information.
• Conduct initial screening and forward applications for underwriting.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loans.
• Monitor loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and closures.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer profiles regularly.
• Meet assigned monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to business growth.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of NBFC operations in India.
• Strong understanding of the four main stages of the lending process:
• Application
• Underwriting
• Approval
• Disbursement/Closure
• Basic knowledge of credit checks, KYC documentation, and loan eligibility criteria.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance, Business, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in loan processing or NBFC/BFSI sector will be an advantage.

• Fixed salary between ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience and interview performance)
