Loan & Back Office Executive (Commercial & Domestic Solar Projects)

Full Job Description

Evergreen Solar, a leading solar EPC and distribution company in Eastern India, invites applications for the position of Loan & Back Office Executive at our Corporate Office .

This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in the renewable energy and solar finance sector. The position involves handling loan documentation, net metering applications, and back-office coordination for both domestic and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end loan processing for solar customers — from application to disbursement.

Communicate clearly with clients to explain available solar finance and EMI schemes.

Collect, verify, and maintain KYC and financial documentation for both residential and commercial customers.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners to ensure timely loan approvals.

Handle Net Metering documentation, application submission, and status follow-up with DISCOM authorities.

Maintain project files and ensure all documents (soft and hard copies) are updated systematically.

Prepare MIS reports and update customer and project records in the CRM system.

Assist sales and project teams with proposal preparation, documentation, and client coordination.

Support subsidy-related documentation and compliance submissions when required.

Ensure timely internal communication and reporting to management.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate (Preferred)

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in back-office, finance, or customer documentation will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Basic understanding of solar energy processes (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Corporate Office – Barakpur, West Bengal

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
