Job Summary:

Load Test Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust

  load testing frameworks

  and

  test automation suites

  for mobile and web applications.
• Perform

  performance benchmarking

  , stress testing, and capacity analysis for critical systems.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to drive performance improvements.
• Document and report performance issues with detailed findings and suggestions.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimize testing workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and lead performance testing strategies across projects.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Strong hands-on experience with

• Experience in

  Android/iOS mobile apps

• Solid understanding of network protocols, API performance, latency, throughput, and system resource usage.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure performance (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in performance/load testing and test automation.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale performance test projects independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.
• ISTQB or other performance testing certifications.
• Experience working with high-traffic or real-time applications.
