Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application support for LMS and LOS platforms.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and change activities using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or ManageEngine.
• Perform issue investigation, root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Utilize SQL queries, API knowledge, and system logs for debugging and analysis.
• Support business users across functions ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Document issues, solutions, and maintain support process documentation.
• Collaborate with global support and development teams for enhancements and fixes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application support, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with LMS and LOS processes and workflows.
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Hotfoot or similar banking applications.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and loan processing compliance.
• Exposure to Agile or ITIL frameworks.
